Thank you for sharing your vision.
The mechanics of Initiation and Ascension were very well detailed.
May I offer my cosmological view, that being from one with no formal training, no communion with monks, only that as a layman in search of answers to this cosmic journey I am on.
The way I interpret Rudolf Steiner path to initiation being a Waldorf teacher as one of the ways to attain a higher state of being. I will call it the spiritual food chain.
When a being chooses to experience human existence, they do so to become like the Creator. Much the same way a young child adores his parents, to be like his parents. Indeed though much of a beings existence, an inherent drive for recognition from those with whom he idolizes is sought. This is the quest for our own sustenance. To acquire this one must attempt to follow the path of the teacher, therefore that is one form of spiritual food for the being. What is the food for the teacher one may ask.
As the being progresses they then become a teacher, a provider for spiritual sustenance for less developed beings yet still have to acquire their own spiritual food. This then becomes a two fold process, the original quest as described above continues, however another source of sustenance is gained from the student, the teaching of those who are feeding from the teacher, as well becomes spiritual food for the teacher. Because teaching is a higher form of learning. The cycles continue through incarnation after incarnation, likely forever.
This also holds the keys to our current dilemma. Which is another topic for another time. However I will say that those believing there is an ascension (an escape) without the sustenance of teaching and being taught will spiritually starve themselves.
