We are told to “begin with the end in mind” if we want to succeed. But if we don’t have a map, we can’t navigate the path. Cosmology is a map of life that determines your worldview and thus how you perceive the world which then determines whether you are lost or on track.
The Cosmos is harmoniously interacting with celestial rhythms that reveal the path of the Divine Plan as an example of what any human can also develop – a living, Christ-centered cosmology.
What if the universe does not merely expand, but sleeps? What if the same law that restores a human body each night also carries entire worlds through death, rest, and rebirth?
This essay treats cosmogenesis and anthropogenesis as one double biography. The cosmos and the human being come into existence together. Creation is not a finished event in the past; it is a living rhythm of manifestation and pralaya—the cosmic cocoon in which what has been dissolves into potential so that a higher form can appear. Sleep is not a failure of activity. For the human etheric body and for the universe alike, rest is how life is renewed.
Enlightenment happens as soon as you know for certain that you are immortal. Initiation happens when you consciously develop the three higher aspects of your soul and spirit. You must prepare your heart for these guests like an alchemical wedding of soul to spirit welcomes the bride and groom. We should build a bridge to cross the threshold between the physical and spiritual worlds to attend this sacred wedding. We must greet every guest with unconditional hospitality, for we never know who it is that knocks upon our door as a wandering pilgrim.
How do we find the pieces we are looking for at the right time and fill the right space? We look for patterns, similar colors and forms, the threads of destiny, the signs of fate, the karmic moments that fit perfectly, and complete a section of the picture.
Destiny is not merely personal. It is humanity’s collective biography, and each soul’s thoughts and deeds contribute to it. After death, what we have as thoughts, feelings, and actions flows into the reservoir of cosmic intelligence through Christ, the Lord of Karma, shaping our current relationships and the cultural life of ages to come.
One problem with evolving into an Angel is that the human mind, deluded by the illusion that sense perceptible matter is all that there is to life, can pull the soul of a human backward in evolution to the animalistic path of the Seven Deadly Sins — the dark vices that kill, instead of the heavenly virtues that give life. Every thought, feeling, or deed either creates the wings of our evolving Angel-hood, or the horns of our devolving animal-hood.
