Victory Over the Apocalypse

The good news of the apocalypse is that the harvest (sometimes called rapture) has already been reaped, because it was ripe. This part of the Revelation of St. John the Divine is seldom mentioned. Yes, the tribulation is in full swing, the end times are here and most people can see the plagues, death, and judgments of the Seals, Trumpets, and the Angels of Wrath happening in the nightly news. Fortunately, if you are one of those who understand the opening words of the prophetic book, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ”, then you would know what many believe, that Christ’s Second Coming has already happened. He came already just as Revelations 14:14-15 says: “And I looked, and behold, a white cloud; and upon the cloud sat one like unto the Son of Man, having on his head a golden crown and in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, “Thrust in thy sickle and reap; for the time has come for thee to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”

This second coming is often overlooked and one must ultimately wonder who it was that was reaped. Revelation 14:1, 3, and 6 say: “And I looked and lo, a Lamb stood on Mount Zion, and with Him a hundred forty and four thousand, having His Father’s name written on their foreheads. And they sang, as it were, a new song before the throne, and before the four living beings and the elders; and no man could learn that song, except the hundred and forty and four thousand. And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting Gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation and kindred, and tongue and people.”

Thus, we can say that if one has met, seen, or witnessed Christ in the life body (etheric body) of the earth and humanity in a direct fashion, then you have beheld the second coming. Christ “on the white cloud” is a reference to Christ’s second coming in the etheric realm of the earth and human bodies. What is known as the tribulation happens after this harvesting and then the harvested participate in the peaceful reign of a thousand years: “Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.”

The Revelation of St. John the Divine describes the Christian victory over the Seven-headed Beast, the Beast with Two Horns, the False Prophet, Satan, Death, and Hell itself. The Apocalypse may be a wrathful judgment for evil itself, but it is a victory song for the faithful. The faithful must simply “endure the evil” and then they receive “the Tree of Life.” If they are faithful unto death, they receive “a crown of Life” and will not be hurt by the second death.

Many gifts are promised by Christ to his faithful followers in the Book of Revelation. These include:

hidden manna as food,

a white stone with your new name written on it,

power over nations,

the morning star,

clothes of white raiment,

your name in the Book of Life, bring your name before the Father,

a pillar in the temple of God,

the name of God written upon you,

New Jerusalem,

a place on the throne beside God Almighty,

no more hunger or thirst,

the living fountains of water,

no more tears,

God’s name on your forehead,

you will be called to the marriage super of the Lamb,

you will live and reign with Christ a thousand years,

you are given a new heaven and a new earth, a new tabernacle,

Christ will dwell with you,

there will be no more death, crying, suffering, pain,

the river of the Water of Life will be yours as well as the  twelve fruits of the Tree of Life, and

you will see the face of God.’

Essentially, the Apocalypse is a love story of humanity, the bride, with the Lamb of God who is also called: ‘the Lamb who has been slain with seven horns and seven eyes, the Lamb who opens the Seven Seals, the Lamb standing at the center of the throne, the Lion of the tribe of Judah.’ This victory story is the marriage supper of the bridegroom and bride wherein they drink the water of life which was purchased with the bridegroom’s blood. The bride’s clothing of fine linen, clean and bright, represents the righteous acts of saints who comprise the bride, for the bride must adorn herself for her husband. The soul (bride) must cloth itself with its best offerings to the spirit (bridegroom). The descent of New Jerusalem is another symbol for the bride, they are one and the same. One might also imagine the celestial city as a New Garden of Eden and the bride a new Eve, and Christ a new Adam.

The wedding gifts given from Bridegroom to Bride are the most divine gifts imaginable. The bridegroom even offers the perfect celestial home with the River of Life flowing from its center. All healing, joy, love, and heavenly virtues are found through marriage to the Lamb who is Christ. Wedding our unworthy soul to the highest spirit is a reward beyond anything a human being deserves. It is their spiritual inheritance, through their faith, that carries them back to the throne of the Almighty Father who shares his throne with the Lamb. The completion of the full round of creation is found with New Jerusalem, with the wedding of the spiritualized soul with the Christened spirit. This is the union of the lower self with the higher self. Truly a gift that is far beyond what earthbound humans can imagine.

Apocalypse, the uncovering of the soul, is simultaneous and not linear. The images, judgments, symbols, and rewards are continuously happening so that each soul has access to the full picture of the entire creation, destruction, and rebirth cycle of manifestation. Saint John the Divine was one of the highest initiates, so his view of the “time body” (etheric body) of human spiritual evolution, which is imprinted into every human etheric body, was less tainted by the personal limitations of his own astral and etheric bodies. John saw more clearly what arises at the threshold between the physical and spiritual worlds. These archetypal beings who create the images, sounds, and words are permanently there for all who are morally developed enough and courageous enough to cross the threshold consciously. When and if you do, you will see the images of past, present, and future that are the inner correspondences to the cosmic rhythms of time and their manifestation in space-bound and time-bound human perception of the unending rhythmic creation of the Trinity and Higher Hierarchy. John calls it the “Revelation of Jesus Christ”, which is tantamount to understanding the Cosmic Christ and his gift of an “I Am” for each individual human that is growing into a spiritual replica of the “I Am” of Christ. The real revelation is: Humans aren’t bound by death but are immortal beings through the help of Christ.

The Last Angel

The last judgment is the seventh angel. The sixth angel opens a mystery that is being talked about frequently in the news. This angel’s message is being delivered now but most don’t understand the message nor the timing. Let’s look at this enigmatic passage and she if we can interpret it properly.

From: Revelations 16

12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. 13 Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.

15 Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.’

16 Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, ‘It is done!’ 18 Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. 19 The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath. 20 Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found. 21 From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, fell on people. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.

The end times is here and the Seventh Angel has released the seventh bowl. These events are happening on a grand scale in these “end times” and we must prepare ourselves to understand the mystery of the Cosmic Christ and then make ourselves ready for the bridegroom. New Jerusalem is descending from heaven, and we must make ready for the wedding feast. We must continue to preach the Eternal Gospel and sing the New Song of the Lamb if we wish to join the wedding party. This alone will ensure the completion of the plan of God to help his prodigal children return to their rightful inheritance upon the throne of God and the Lamb.
